Applying for Property


  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.

  • Where is your main office?

    3027 W 76 Country Blvd Suite 220, Branson, MO 65616. Our front door faces Francis Street, across from  the Beyond the Lens Museum.

  • How do I apply?

    You can apply online by clicking "Apply Now" on any of our listings, or fill out a paper application at our office. Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the application. Anyone 18 yrs. or older must apply.

  • What do I need to attach to my application?

    • Once you apply, you will be sent a brokerage relationship disclosure form to sign digitally via DocuSign. Please sign this form as soon as possible – we cannot process your application until this is signed. Also, to be able to send the DocuSign, please make sure each applicant has a different email address on their application.
    • Clear copies of your Driver’s license or ID, and your social security card.
    • Financial documents to prove your income. (Pay stubs, recent tax return, bank statements, etc.)
    • Pet fees\deposits will apply for any pets, except for certified service animals. Certification documents must be submitted for fees\deposits to be waived.
  • Application Fee

    There is a $45 application fee for each applicant.  This goes to run your background check and will not be refunded under any circumstance. This also means that your application is good with our company for 90 days, and can be transferred to another property within those 90 days without having to pay another application fee,


Tenancy


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Cash. We can accept credit cards, but there is an extra charge. (First months' rent & deposits must be certified funds)

  • Property Maintenance

    We use Ozarks Home Maintenance for our maintenance department. They can be contacted at (417) 559-3422 or maintenance@btlpm.com


  • Online Portal

    Each tenant has an online tenant portal, powered by Appfolio. On your portal, you can make online payments, submit maintenance 

    requests and more!

· BTLPM acts as an agent for the homeowners of each property. As such, all communication about the property must go through our office. We have been hired by the property owners to manage their properties.
